Lena Peter, PE has 25+ years of experience in project management, roadway design, traffic analyses, signal design, and planning for state DOTs, tollway authorities, transit agencies, and various municipalities. Before starting LEAD, she co-founded a very successful civil engineering company in Texas and enjoyed growing the business just as much. When her family later moved to Washington State, she worked on multiple local transportation projects and developed a love for the Northwest. By 2022, she was excited to start LEAD Engineers and hopes to create meaningful business relationships within the transportation industry.
